It's a calm, serene home with a balcony and a garden. The room is spacious and overlooks the garden. We are happy to take out any furniture upon request.

My dad is rarely there, mainly late in the evenings to cook dinner and relax in the living room.

He's out and about most of the time so there will be lots of time and space available to have the flat to yourself.

Many of my friends and renters have lived with him before and he creates a very realxed and chilled atmosphere.
