This is a really nice 4-bedroom flat next to Wandsworth Town (10 mins walk) and Clapham Junction (15 mins walk).

The property is composed of 4 fully furnished bedrooms, all different in size. There is a really nice shared living room and a separate shared kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided. There is one full shared bathroom.

All services are provided.
Bills (Gas, Electricity, Water), Council Tax, Internet & TV Licence are included in your monthly fee.

Our properties are serviced weekly by professional cleaning companies. They clean the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and all other communal areas (Weekly)
We also actively manage the property, which means you can contact us 24/7 in case you have any issues.

The other occupants will be a mix of working professionals between 24 and 36 years old. We keep a balance between guys and girls.

As we want to make sure there is a warm and friendly atmosphere for everyone in the flat, we make sure all profiles fit well together so people get along and enjoy living together :)
