Looking for 2 new flatmates to join my flat in Wandsworth Town from the end of July as current flatmates are moving in with their boyfriends.

The flat is fully furnished, and in a great location - right next to Wandsworth Town station, around 10–15 minutes from Clapham Junction and with lots of bus connections nearby.

Bills aren’t included and come to around an extra £70 per month. The contract is for 1 year.

I’m 27, originally from Exeter, Devon, and have been living in London for nearly 3 years. I work as an environmental engineer in the city and also do art part-time. Looking for friendly, tidy, easygoing flatmates who are up for making the place feel like home.
