Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate for our 4 bed flat in the heart of East Putney! One of our flatmates is moving out, and we are after someone to replace him ASAP.

The room is a cozy, fully furnished double (includes bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers). While the room itself doesn't quite fit a desk, only one person works from home some of the week, so there's always space in the living area.

The flat itself has a shared kitchen/living room area and 2 bathrooms, so only sharing a bathroom with one other housemate.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is sociable and easy going, as we are all friends and spend time together often, and as such like to keep the flat as clean as possible.

You'll be sharing with Matt (26) who works as a tour guide, Matt (27), who works in photography, and Marc (32) who works in sport social media.

2 min walk to East Putney Station (District Line)
8 mins to Putney Station
5 mins to Wandsworth park/riverside.

Loads of shopping, supermarkets and pubs nearby within walking distance.
