The house has an enormous modern eat in kitchen plus lounge plus 2 bathrooms and garden with squirrels. Looking for friendly and independent person. Herne Hill has great transport - 10 mins to Victoria and 15 mins to Kings Cross; has a large park, a lido, a gym.
