Hi to those cat friendly folks needing a place to call a temporary home! 😸

It will be on a rolling monthly contract so good for anyone looking for an in between flexible accommodation.

I am looking for a conscientious housemate to rent a furnished double room £775 pcm including bills.  Couples will be £950 pcm.

Included:
Council tax, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaner, water (including softener - great for London hard water issue), TV license and cleaning supplies.

Move in date is from 16th May but can be flexible. You will be able to leave items before that date in any case.

There is a built-in wardrobe, ample under bed storage and a desk (in the larger room). A renovated bathroom (rain shower/bath) shared between only 2 people. The house has another separate ground floor toilet and bathroom.

The modern open plan shared area complete with kitchen/lounge/dining and opens out to a large garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the jazz (dishwasher/wine storage/rangemaster/American style fridge/juicer/milk foamer for coffee lovers/hot water tap/softened water throughout) - creature comforts in hectic London!  Air purifier in the open space.

There is separate utility room with a washer/dryer. The fibre wifi has been installed with fast bandwidth for multiple devices. Everyone has their own network.

The house backs onto tennis courts in King George's Park and is situated next to Southside Shopping Centre, which is great for the convenience of the shops, gyms and restaurants.

The house has convenient connections to anywhere in the city - about a 10 min walk to East Putney, Southfields and Wandsworth Town stations and a 10 min bus to Clapham Junction Station with the bus stop being a minute from the front door! (39/156 routes).  Less then a 5 min walk to other bus routes 220, 270, 44, 28, 87, 37, 337 and N87 stops right outside. 

I love to travel, tennis, food, live music and art.  I’m seeking a friendly and respectful housemate to get in touch! I have 2 kitties who are both adorable, clean and quiet.
