Hi there,

We are looking for a new flatmate to fill our large double room in Crouch End.
The room is available from the 26th of July

About the room:
- Extra large very spacious room
- Plenty of storage
- Comes with 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed, bedside table, desk
- Flexibility on furniture if needed
- ground floor, overlooking front garden with lots of natural light
- Plenty of space

About the house:
- Kitchen and lounge (separate rooms) are both very spacious
- Living room has two double sofas and a huge TV with Chromecast
- Virgin fibre broadband at 200mbs
- Dining table and very well-equipped kitchen including 3 fridges, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher
- Large garden with bbq and washing line
- Cleaner once a week
- Bathroom (shared by 3 others) plus separate WC downstairs
- House is always cosy thanks to double glazing

Current flatmates:
In total there are 5 once you move in, we are 4 professionals 2 females and 2 males in our 30's.
We're hoping for a sometimes-sociable flatmate, male or female, who is happy to hang out together occasionally, but also fine if you prefer to spend time in your room.
The house tends to be relatively chilled and quiet but we get together for over drinks or a movie and head out locally once in a while which is always fun!

The Area:
We are 5 mins walk from Hornsey which has a direct line into Moorgate, a 10 min bus ride takes you to Finsbury Park which is on the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.
The wonderful independent cinema the Arthouse is just a minute away from us. Also on our doorstep are a range of excellent bars, cafes and restaurants.
Crouch End also boasts several gyms and a wealth of great charity shops. Alexander Palace is up the road and a great place to walk or run.
