A friendly older lady with memory loss is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a little practical help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly reassurance of having someone around her during the day on a few days a week, just to know someone else is in the house. This would suit someone who works from home on three or more days a week. Other practical help such as cooking and sharing a few meals, accompanying on some walks, finding TV programmes for her to watch/music to listen to, and other ad hoc errands as might be helpful.

The lady is well-supported by friends and family. She enjoys walking, watching The Chase, Irish and Country & Western music, tea dances and going to church.

The accommodation on offer is a large bright double bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers, desk and chair. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower, and there is shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and garden. There is broadband.

The property is conveniently located in Fulham, very close to Charing Cross Hospital, just 15 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith Underground Station, and. Close to many bus routes.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time (up to 15 hours per week in a mix of practical help plus a little company) to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who works from home some of the week.
