Looking for a new housemate for our four bedroom house as sadly one is moving in with his girlfriend.

The room will be available from 8th March and move-in date can be flexible.

The house is quite laid back, we get on well when we're at home and all have our own lives outside of the house.

There's a big living room, two bathrooms shared between three people, big kitchen and a garden which is great in the summer months.

The three housemates:

James, works in the travel industry
Hannah, recently back from a career break
Emma, software engineer with some side hustles

Ideally looking for someone in their late 20s, early 30s, and we've always had a mix of genders.

Easy distance to these stations:

Parsons Green: 15 min walk
Fulham Broadway: 15-20 min walk
Imperial Wharf: 10-15 min walk
Wandsworth Town: 15 min walk
Clapham Junction: 20-30 min walk

Santander Cycles, Lime, Forest etc: 1 min walk

Big Sainsbury's: 1 min walk

Rent is 700 a month, bills are usually around 150 (100-200) depending on the month, including water, council tax, gas, electricity, wifi.

Occasionally there is a dog around so liking dogs is a must!
