This room is in Landale House, a student accomodation block of flats owned by Student Castle. It is situated 5 minutes from Canada Water station, and 6 minutes from Surrey Quays station. It is also 3 minutes from the lovely Southwark Park. The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom between its 5 residents. Students who live in Landale house are free to use a living room space, which has a TV and Xbox, and have access to washing machines and dryers. My flatmates who you would be living with are all students at London unis. You must be a student to live here. There are also a team of people onsite on weekdays to assist you if you have any issues regarding getting locked out, or something in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. All bills are included in the £255pw rent. The room is available from the start of 1st of june until the 13th of September, as I would like to move out and move back home when my uni course ends. This room is in a desirable and convenient location and has a balcony, double bed and lots of storage space.
