i’m urgently looking for someone to move into my room by the end of Feb/ early March!
the lease will end by the 9th of August!
💶 the rent is £313/week (bills not included but will be split - usually reaches to 40-50 pounds each)
🛏️ the room is fully furnished and you would have your own bedroom but a shared bathroom with 1 other friendly flatmate (she is currently in her 2nd year of university)
📍it’s located in st. john’s wood where there is a bus stop right in front of the flat (15 mins ride to oxford street) and the st. john’s wood tube station which is a 10 minute walk away.
