Sadly, I’m moving out of my lovely 4-bedroom home in Clapham, and I am now looking for someone to take my place.

The house is in an amazing location – just a 5-minute walk to Clapham Common station and close to all the great cafes, pubs, and green spaces the area has to offer.

* Spacious 4-bed with a garden (perfect for BBQs and summer drinks)
* Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and modern bathrooms
* You’ll be sharing with three of the best housemates

👯‍♀️ Meet Your New Flatmates:
* Aoife – From England, is a speech and language
* Em – From Australia, works in events
* Rose – From New Zealand, is a nurse at a nearby hospital

The girls are all active and like going to the gym/out for runs. They love a night in watching a movie or Love island with a cup of tea but equally enjoy some drinks out and around Clapham.

This is a really social flat and we love spending time together, whether that’s chilled evenings watching Netflix, summer garden nights, or heading out for drinks. It’s definitely a home rather than just a place to sleep

* Comes with a large wardrobe, bed frame and mattress, and space for a desk if you WFH.

The room is available from March 1st and bills are generally around £150 per person.
