Hi,
I am the owner of the property and live there during the week Monday evening to Thursday morning, and renting this bedroom out (together with full use of the house) for when I am not there, Thursday to Monday.

My brother and his girlfriend are in the second bedroom typically staying there Sunday-Thur/Fri. I am not renting this room however.

I am away almost every weekend (probably once every two months I am there for a weekend, but can stay in the snug downstairs), as are my brother and his girlfriend (probably there one weekend a month of two).

As such the place is generally largely completely free from Thursday to Sunday.

It would therefore suit someone looking for a pied-a-terre in London for the weekends.

Most weekends you would have the whole place to yourself. Can leave clothes there etc.

Cleaner can come every Thurs and Mon.

I can also be flexible if you need to stay during the week sometimes as there is a snug downstairs.

Looking for a like-minded individual who would suit this arrangement.

The only catch is about 2 times a year my mother comes to stay and would seek that the room/house is not rented for those weekends.

For the right person, I could consider a reduced rate for someone who needs it 2/3 weekends per month.
