10 min walk from Devon's Road DLR (Zone 2 - 7 mins to Canary Wharf) can also walk to Limehouse DLR to get into Bank in 3 stops or Westferry DLR for South East parts

Can also walk to Canary Wharf or get there on a 7 minute bus ride for work/shopping there too.

Local facilities includes a coffee shop within the building, shared residential garden. Secure bike storage.

Mile end park just a few minutes as well as Mile End leisure centre. Both regents canal and the Limehouse cut passes near the flat.

A Sainsbury's local is 2 mins around the corner, Tesco express/Lidl is less than 5 mins away, as well as many other local shops. There are several good cafes and food gems for eating out in the neighbourhood. Additionally a brand new outdoor canopy restaurant is opening this summer around the corner of the building ! 

Rent of £1245 include all bills such as Electricity/Water/Heating, Wifi. Currently flat has super fast fibre internet
