Hi everyone!

My housemate is moving out of our 2 bedroom flat towards the end of February. Looking to get someone for the start of March.

It's a cozy little place facing Deptford Park with good links to central via Canada Water station (apx 10 mins away). The room itself is quite spacious.

I've attached photos below let me know if youre interested. Rent is £800 and bills come up to apx £200 for each person. But if youre crafty with these things it would be great to reduce them a bit.

I'm a chill dude who is into electronics and technology so always happy to keep to myself, but also down for a pint if you're up for it!
