The flat would be best suited to a quiet, clean, and considerate working professional. It is ideal for someone who works either from home or outside the home, or for a professional who simply needs accommodation during the working week (around five days per week).

Please also note that guests are not permitted. This is a mutual arrangement that applies to both myself and the lodger.
