Hi all!
I am leaving this flat that I have been in for 2 years as I am due to be moving in with a friend towards the end of March.
The room itself is generously spacious and full of natural light in the afternoon being a south-west facing room. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk & chair, bookshelves, chest of drawers, and a large wardrobe. You'll have access to a shared kitchen with an electric hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage space. You'll also have access to a shared bathroom with a bath and multifunction shower. Additionally, you will have access to a small balcony overlooking Battersea and Vauxhall. You will be living with 2 young professionals who are tidy, quiet, and respectful. This room would be ideal for someone who is looking for similar values in housemates.
I am looking to move out between around mid March so the room will be available shortly after, however I am very flexible on the move out/move in date but will have to be before the 1st of April as that is when the rent is due. I work in the office 5 days a week so as such I will be unavailable for in-person house viewings until 6pm midweek but will be available on weekends. I can supply a video tour upon request. The landord/property manager is extremely helpful and has quick replies and a very fast turn around of requests that you have.
This room is advertised at £1150 per month until October where it will rise in line with local rates. Couples will be expected to pay more (I think around 10-15%). Please be advised that final acceptance is subject to satisfactory referencing and landlord approval.
