Hi! We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our flat in Canonbury, less than 5 min walk to Essex Rd Station, 15 to Angel Station and about 15 to Highbury & Islington. Plenty of bus stations right nearby

The flat is easy-going, friendly bunch of 26-30ish year olds. 2 guys 2 girls, we enjoy a wine, pub trip, going to gigs and general good vibe. Few games of Mario kart here or there.

The rent is really cheap for the area and the flat is well maintained! Room is furnished.

We’re hopeful to have someone move in 1st of March but can be flexible on this date if it doesn’t quite work.
