The flat is within a modern complex (Elephant Park, 5 years old), has a balcony and access to the inner court, it's right above Sayer Street (lots of restaurants) and within 5 min walk from the E&C tube and Thameslink stations + very well connected via bus routes

The room is has a king size bed, bedside table and wardrobe. We have an onsite gym and concierge and utilities + council tax come in to about ~£200/mth
