I am looking to rent my room in iQ Haywood House for a period of 2 months minimum.
The room is very bright and comfortable and is located in the secure IQ Haywood House residence. The building is modern and spacious and is only 2 minutes walk from West Hampstead stations, the High Street and all amenities.
The room has v modern appliances and excellent internet connection (as well as bills) are included. There is a very clean en suite bathroom. The room is one of six in the apartment and shares a large common kitchen and recreation area.
NB - The room is only available for students and with a minimum stay of 2 months.
