Stuart and I are looking for a third flatmate to take over the single room in our social flat.

The property is located 7 minutes walk from Clapham north tube station and 4 minutes walk from Clapham high street overground. 5 minutes walk to Clapham high street where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants, gym, supermarket and etc.

Move in date: 19th of April (it may be a few days earlier)

I'm a hospitality manager, for most part of the week I'm working or at the gym. On the weekend I enjoy going out, eating out, going gigs, watching football in the pub or having a BBQ in the garden during summer.

Stuart is an asset manager in the City, I'm usually in the office 3 days a week. Normally spend my free time at Muay Thai, climbing here and there, exploring the city, seeing friends, unwinding with TV or book, and going to museums and art galleries - my degree was in photography, I still love to take photos. I also enjoy a good pub, wine and cocktail bar, and live music.
