Our housemate is moving abroad for an unexpected opportunity, so we're on the hunt for someone new to join our friendly house!

It's a double room for one person, just a 10 minute walk from Brockwell Park and Brixton Village Market. We've got a huge garden where we have the odd barbecue and play music on weekends when the weather's good.
We're a social bunch and like to do things together when schedules line up, whether that's a dinner at home, hanging out in the park, or grabbing a drink at the local bars. No pressure to join in if you'd rather have your own space though, it's all pretty relaxed.

Rent is £640 per month and includes council tax. On top of that there are bills (gas, electric, water, internet etc) which usually come to around £50 a month depending on the season.

Looking for a working professional, ideally 25 or older, who's tidy and easygoing.
