My wife and I are looking to rent out our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat from 20 April. It's fully furnished in a tasteful manner - we used to live there when we were working in London full time. I am 37 and my wife 35 - we live in the Midlands with our children running a family business but I need to be in London for meetings every so often. We are keen to come to an arrangement whereby I could stay a couple of nights a month (for work) in the second room. You would effectively have exclusive use of the whole flat apart from when I stay the odd night.
