Hi there,

I have a double room available in a really light 2 bed flat. The Room has lots of storage under the bed, large wardrobes and chest of drawers.

The flat has a large lounge with two double sofas and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a large dining table that extends if you have friends over. There is also a modern fitted bathroom with a bath and shower.

The location is AMAZING. It is literally a one minute walk from Clapham Junction station and seconds from the Northcote Road with all its great shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Eckstein Road is a no-through road onto St Johns road and the Northcote, so it is really quiet despite its amazing location.

Looking for a new tenant to share with our current tenant Andres who is very friendly, tidy and lovely tenant. I'm looking for someone who will generally look after the flat and treat it as if their own. It is the middle floor flat in a 4 story, family owned house. Neighbours are a wonderful young family who are always happy to chat and help.
