The house is in a gated community and is close to the shops, tube and Southwark Park. Both flatmates are young professionals but down to make plans when work/life permits.
The room itself has a huge amount of storage space and a great bay window which has been great as the mornings get lighter!
I am sadly moving out due to a change in jobs but would massively recommend the place to anyone - feel free to get in touch!
