This is going to be a mutual agreement on monthly rolling bases, with a 1 month departure notice from both sides. I’m unable to provide an official contract. Landlord is fine with subletting, but unable to provide separate paperwork.

Spacious double rooms, 1-2 minutes walk from Loughborough Junction station (ThamesLink). Convenient location for shops (Co-op & 24hr Nisa Local) also buses (35; 45; 345).
Kings College Hospital is very nearby.
£650 per month, all inclusive with wifi. £650 required as a deposit.
Flat will be shared with 2 others. 3 bedrooms all together.
1st floor roof terrace free to enjoy.
I do practice guitar & singing. Guitar/singing noise will exist for no longer then 1 hour every other day, between 12:00 - 20:00. Additional £50 may be requested for electricity at winter months, due to electric heater usage. Otherwise bills included.
