The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat is situated in Surrey Quays/Canada Water, so very good transport links for getting around - both the overground and the jubilee line are nearby (which also run 24 hrs on the weekend), as well as many bus routes (including one directly outside the flat).

The bedroom being offered is the very large master bedroom (can fit around 4 double beds in), fully furnished (full size wardrobe, 4 sets of draws), with its own private ensuite shower/wc.

There is another double bedroom and bathroom which is occupied by the current housemate (female, mid 30s, professional).

The shared area consists of a modern and fully furnished kitchen (new dishwasher, washing machine and oven) and large lounge, as well as a huge corridor and a balcony.

Super fast broadband available with hyperoptic. Bills are around ~£160 a month which covers internet, electricity and council tax (band D). Water is included in the rent.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn't smoke, also a professional, is house proud and clean. It's a calm flat. We like to keep the shared areas clean and tidy but don't need things arranged at right angles. Current housemate works Monday- Friday 9 -5. In her spare time, she's often out doing her own thing (out at dance classes, seeing friends, etc) but like to have a flatmate where you'd get on well and can have a chat when in the flat together.
