A large double bed-sitting room in a flat in a Victorian Mansion block in peaceful Fitzrovia, 5 minutes walk to Oxford St/Circus. Tottenham Court Rd and Great Portland Street and Regent's Park are all just a short walk away - too many tubes to mention in this area!

Tired of living in a messy home or arguing over the cleaning, then move to my flat for a chore-free life and you won't even have the hassle of commuting in the cold!

The cleaner comes once a week but you will still have to wash up etc.

Plus, on the tv you get all the Sky Entertainment Extra package with all the film, documentary, entertainment and sports channels. All this is beamed directly and independently to the room.

We have excellent WIFI services with Sky Unlimited broadband hub and free calls up to 50 minutes duration per call to local and long distance landlines within the UK.

The room is a large bright double room, with two large sash windows, double loft bed reached by steps at 1. 80 m off the floor, 2 double wardrobes and 2 chests of drawers, a tv, a tw-seater reclinable leather sofa and dining table along with a comfortable computer chair if you want to use this space as a desk.

There is a kitchen which is equipped with washing and drying machines, fridge/freezer, built-in electric oven and a gas hob, and a microwave oven, and then there is the bathroom with shower over the bath and a toilet.

The area is very quiet and safe. Our street is full of Victorian and Georgian properties. You have a cl9se view of the BT Tower from the windows.

.On the corner of New Cavendish and Hanson St there is a Tesco and an Occado. Around the corner on Foley St, Great Titchfield St and further afield on Great Portland St, there is a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants, many with al fresco dining in summer, so it looks and feels a lot like Paris and you won't go hungry or thirsty, or get bored with the cuisine!

The flat-mates are young friendly professionals.
