The flat is three minutes from Bromley-by-Bow station.

You would be sharing with just one person, so it is quiet, homely, and not a crowded flatshare.

The rent for the room is £950 per month, with bills on top. Bills vary slightly depending on heating, but usually average around £175 per month.
The total monthly cost is typically around £1,075 to £1,125.

The room is a comfortable double bedroom with a double bed and good storage.
While it is not directly en-suite, you would have your own large private bathroom with a standing bath and toilet.

The flat is furnished and fully equipped with electric appliances.
