We have a lovely and spacious double room available to rent in a great location in London N1. The room is a fully furnished attic conversion with great privacy. It comes with a desk, deskchair and lots of storage space. Our house is in a quiet housing estate off Caledonian Road.
Our house has a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a study, a sofa and TV in our shared hall space, and a garden with garden furniture for chilling in the summer! It has great transport links, 15 min walk from King's Cross station and 10 min walk from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury overground, with frequent buses on nearby Caledonian Road and York Way.
The three other tenants are 2 men and 1 woman, all quiet and respectful working professionals, ages 23-31.
The room is available from 5th of March (we may be able to accommodate earlier move in dates, please enquire).
