A gorgeous Victorian 3-bedroom flat on a pretty quiet street in Clapton, shared with two lovely housemates, Georgie (32) and Esme (27).

The flat is just a 4-minute walk from Chatsworth Road, with the best cafés, restaurants, pubs and independent shops, and only a 15-minute walk to both Homerton and Hackney Central stations.

The flat has a calm, relaxed atmosphere and is very much a space to unwind after work, enjoy a chat in the kitchen, and make yourself comfortable.

The bedroom is on the top floor, with under bed storage drawers & room to the left of the bed for a curtain rail (not photographed) which is what I currently use. There is also loft storage which is super handy!

You'll be living with Georgie (32) & Esme (27) - both are friendly, considerate and easy-going, and all round lovely people to live with.

Move-in date is 27th July but there may be some movement on this date as the flat I'm moving is still TBC on date.
