We are advertising a lovely large double room directly opposite Stockwell Station in a 2 bed flat. Large communal living room and a big shared kitchen to share with one professional female. The flat gets lots of sun and is really well lit in the summer. Good Internet speeds for those who work from home. The room faces away from the road so is quiet.

Connections are brilliant, the flat is walking distance from Clapham and the tube is right across the road connecting you to Northern and Victoria lines. It's been an ideal place to live :) You would be sharing with another professional female who likes going out with friends and travelling when she can.

Bills are £150 a month including internet and the deposit is £1,250. The current contract is until end of January 2025 with likely extension (the property has been a rental for many years now as far as we are aware).
