I’m subletting my room from July 22nd until the end of August, though I’m flexible with the dates.

The house is just a few minutes’ walk from Hackney Downs Park, perfect for summer:) The room is spacious, airy, and filled with natural light.

You’ll be sharing with Roberto (35), an Italian filmmaker who works at the Design Museum, and Arjun, who’s doing a summer project in AI and law. They’re both very relaxed and easygoing, open to a chat, but also busy with their own things. They’d be up for the occasional drink in the park too.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and ideally experienced with flatshares or subletting.

The room is £850 per month, all bills included.
