Hello, I am renting my lovely, bright 1-BR flat in Clapton (50 sq mt) right behind the Clapton Hart and 5 minutes away from Hackney Downs. I will rent it for up to 3 months.
The flat is fully furnished, and the kitchen is well-equipped.
The rent includes all bills and utilities (gas, water, TV, internet, Council Tax, Service Charges), except electricity, which you would pay as you go.
Pets are not allowed, and I want to let it to singles or couples with good references from a previous landlord or current employer.
Viewings can be arranged with the current tenant, or a friend of mine, between the 30th of March and the 9th of April. Thanks.
