The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom and is located a very short walk away from the Kentish Town Station, which has a Thameslink service and runs on the Northern line. The high street is beautiful, with plenty of nice coffee shops, pubs and a Franco Manca.

We’re even closer to Kentish Town West station and you can walk to Camden Town from our place as well. Our flat is in the centre of a very residential area, which houses both families and students. We are a short walk from Hampstead Heath, Regents Park and have the benefit of a really nice gym just down the road.

Our rent comes to just under £580 per month and bills are another £35/40 or so per month which includes water, heating and wifi. The tenancy will likely come to an end at the end of August. That said, there is the option to extend this as the contract is flexible. Ideally we are hoping for a move in date asap, but can negotiate up until the end of March!
