I'm looking for 2 fun and sociable housemates to share a recently refurbished awesome 3 bedroom flat in very central London- Baker Street

The room is fully furnished with a double bedroom huge mirrored built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, solid oak work desk with a chair and bedside cabinet. Rent is £1200 including bills. Rent is super cheap at the moment so grab a deal the room has been rented out for 1500 in the past.

Now I'm looking for someone to take both my room and my girlfriends as soon as possible as I'm moving out. Ideally looking for someone or a couple that are outgoing and really up for a giggle to hang with my lovely housemate - Joy... she's as the name suggests..

Both rooms have double king beds, mine is actually a super king hehe.

Kitchen comes with dishwasher and washer/ tumble dryer.

The flat is very clean and tidy with a brand new fancy bathroom.

The location is the best thing, it's so central you can get pretty much anywhere in London with ease (the baker street line has 5 lines) and even really good for driving as it's not too congested if you need to drive out of central like I do..

Perfectly located about 3 mins walk from the tube, and about 2 minutes from regent's park which is awesome for chilling.
