I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the remaining 5 months of the contract. Located in beautiful Maida Vale, away from the hustle and bustle of busy central London while still being only 5-10 minutes away, this flat is perfect for someone who wants peace and quiet and lots of greenery!

The room comes furnished with two drawers, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet all for you! (I have a clothing rack and rugs I could leave for you for a negotiable price.) You also have a window looking out into the communal gardens where you can see squirrels and birds in the trees, and not some ugly back alley and dirty building walls!

The flat is on an elevated ground floor. The flat has a beautiful large kitchen with a laundry machine, refrigerator, gas stove, tumble dryer, electric oven, and dishwasher. My roommates own a rice cooker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and cookware that you are welcome to use. There is a living room with a couch that you will always be welcome to use.

There are tons of cute coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and delis in the area. There's even a 24/7 Tesco! The area is one of the safest neighborhoods in London and is always quiet. It's only a 3-minute walk away from the tube station on the Bakerloo line, which will take you to Paddington and Marylebone train stations, Oxford Circus (Oxford St.), Piccadilly Circus, Embankment, and Elephant and Castle, all within 15 minutes.

This ad is for the room I'm currently in. I'm moving back home since my university closes in May. The flat is managed by a real estate agency, so if there are ever any issues with the flat, they handle it super quickly!
