I am looking for a new flatmate to take over this gorgeous and massive room in Hampstead/Belsize Park after my friend sadly had to move out!
The room is roughly 25sqm with two built-in wardrobes, big windows, and high ceilings. It comes with a private bathroom which has a bathtub (and adorable frog tiling). The room is bright and has lovely views. There is no living room but I have an extendable table that we can use to eat together or when friends come around, plus the room has plenty of space for a sofa etc. The kitchen is on the smaller side but still plenty of space to cook in with more than 1 person and very well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing mashine. The rent would be 1,100£ plus utilities which are just under 100 at the moment (but will go down), plus shared council tax (band F). The room originally comes unfurnished but furniture can be taken over from my old flatmate!

The location is honestly perfect, super close to the heath and the mixed ponds; and Hampstead and Belsize Villages and with Northern Line (~8minute walk) and Overground (~5minute walk) around the corner. It's peaceful and quiet and you can even see the park from the flat! :)

You would be sharing with me, a 27y/o PhD student who is also working in a techbio company (in the office twice a week and work from home the other days). I am a tidy and considerate flatmate who values a homely and calm atmosphere.
I would quite like to find someone with some similar interests to become friends and do things together! I would prefer to find a FLINTA/queer flatmate, ideally veggie but am openminded for the right fit. So if that all sounds good to you it would be great to learn a bit about you and what you're looking for :)
