I am the current flatmate who is looking for someone to take over my rent from June-October, moving in dates are flexible. Since we don't have guarantors, we pay rent in trimesters (three months rent at a time), The last trimester is to be paid July 15 in full, a total of 3,250 pounds for 4 moth stay.
