Renting out my room as I'm leaving the country for about 6 months!

The room is spacious, with a double bed, desk, built-in closet/wardrobe with shelves, & storage!
Move in date is around 1st July and I would be moving back at some point in January (both move in and move out dates are slightly flexible to fit your timings).
The room is furnished but I'm flexible on moving my stuff out. Happy to move it all, just some of it (eg. can keep the bed frame and desk if wanted) or keep all major furnishings in.
We're only a 2-3 minute walk from West Hampstead station, which takes 20 minutes to get into central London (Farringdon/Soho/London Bridge) and 30 mins to the City (Jubilee line) . Also a 10 min walk to Finchley road (Metropolitan) and Thameslink (direct to airports).
The main living space is an open plan kitchen-living room. Very large main room with dining table, 2 sofas, separate seating area, wide screen TV. There is also a top floor conservatory!
The best part of the flat is that we have a roof terrace! It has 360 views, gets sun until late evenings, and has outdoor seating.
I live with 2 flatmates, both male aged 27 and young professionals. Both very chilled people and we have quite a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoy cooking group meals, heading down to one of the pubs/bars nearby, and hanging out in the main room - hopefully whoever moves in can fit that vibe!
Current flatmates are mixed WFH and in office.
Rent is 1050 pre-bills.
Council tax add around 81 monthly - Band F
Gas & Electricity varies on usage according to our smart meter (around 40-80 a month)
Water + wifi is around another 40.
Total monthly roughly: 1210 - 1250
