Fully equipped shared kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, gas hob (yes, real flames for proper cooking!), washing machine, and tumble dryer. Cutlery, crockery, pots, rice cooker, and pressure cooker all provided — just bring your suitcase. Everything you need is already here.

Situated in a quiet, safe residential area between Kilburn High Road and St John's Wood.
Right on your doorstep (2-min walk): Sainsbury's Local, a 24-hour convenience store, gym, nail salon, and a variety of restaurants.
Within a 10-min walk: Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, Iceland, M&S, Aldi, Boots, Primark, Poundland, TK Maxx, Asian supermarkets, McDonald's, Burger King, and plenty more dining options.
Transport
• Bus stop right outside the building — direct routes to LBS (approx. 15 min) and UCL (approx. 30 min)

Availability & Rent
• Dates: 1 June – 24 August (minimum 2 months; taking the full period is preferred)
• Rent: £219 per week, all bills included (water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi)
• Deposit: 1 week's rent as deposit. Returned after checkout based on actual condition — full refund if no damage. Full documentation provided.
• Admin fee: £50 sublet fee — covered by me, not you.
• A formal sublet agreement will be arranged through our lettings agency, so everything is properly documented and secure.
Requirements
• Female only (all current flatmates are female)
• Non-students are welcome, but please note you would be responsible for council tax — happy to help you find out the exact amount
• Keep shared areas tidy (flatmates maintain a clean communal space together)
• No pets (landlord's policy)
