I’m looking for a new roommate in the two bed flat I’ve been renting in Belsize Park for the past 5 years. The contract will be due to end in late November, with the option to then renew and stay on longer.

Just 10 mins walk away from Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill, and moments away from Belsize Park station on the Northern Line. It’s been a lovely place to live and with my flatmate now moving out of London I’d love to stay renting here with someone new!

The flat is light, spacious, and I have now fully furnished it. The room is a small double room with a desk and built in storage, and the flat has a large shared living room and separate kitchen space.

Bills are approx £200-250 per month.
