Bright double room available in a large, friendly house in Charlton, with lots of communal space, a huge garden and bills included.

The room has wooden floors and a bay window with plenty of natural light. There’s also a desk available if you’d like one, and furniture can be rearranged to give you more room.

The house itself is much bigger than your typical London share, with two large living rooms, a conservatory, kitchen, utility room, loads of storage and a massive garden. There’s plenty of space to work from home without having to spend all day in your bedroom.

You’d be living with me, 36F (live-in landlord), and one housemate, 28M. We’re friendly and sociable without being on top of each other - into music and creative projects, films, games, walks, pub trips, day trips and occasional dinners together. We also completely respect everyone having their own space and doing their own thing.

Pets are very welcome.
