SE7 CHARTON/WOOLWICH

i’m moving out of my lovely spacious houseshare and looking for someone to replace my double room, in SE london - woolwich/charlton. i’ve been in london for around a year and im sad to leave this house but im looking to move more east and explore other areas in london! there are currently 3 cis men living here.

we are looking for someone that’s friendly, tidy and considerate of others’ space, the house is large so lots of space for socialising or hosting. the garden is huge (hard to come by in london) so lots of bbqs over the summer!

the house:

the area is fairly residential, very quite and safe. there’s lots of parks around (Maryon animal park just down the road!) and it’s a short walk into charlton village or woolwich town. good connections with the lizzie line, DLR or you’ve got woolwich dockyard train station 10 mins away. there are great bus links in the area too, 380 stops right outside the house which is v handy!

the housemates:

Tom 32: works as a journalist and works from home x2 days a week. he enjoys making music, spends time in a studio with friends every so often. Tom is a 10/10 cook too!

Yongjin aka James 30: Works with adults with learning difficulties in London and is also an artist, spending his time in his studio. Yongjin makes the most banging mochi cake

Cole 31: Works as a drum teacher in local schools, he’s in band where he plays drums, so he’s often at band practice and going on tour every so often!

The guys are a lovely bunch and they’re good friends too, we have occasional film nights together as well as dinners.

boring bits:

the rent is £610, bills come to roughly £100 pm (-/+) depending on the time of year due to heating.

the room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished so you’ve got a fully equipped kitchen etc

we are looking to fill the room by 7th march but can be flexible. there’s a monthly rolling contract that you would be placed on
