We have had a great tenant for the last two years but she is now leaving the UK. The room will be available from June 2025.

We’re looking for professionals, ideally for Mon-Fri (£600 pcm ) or 7 days a week (£850 pcm.) There are two children of primary school age in the property so we are selective with applicants.

The location is situated 5-10 minutes from both Charlton station and Woolwich Arsenal station by bus. Both have direct links into central London. 10 minutes by bus from Blackheath, Westcombe Park. 20 minutes bus ride to North Greenwich station /Greenwich university.

Numerous green spaces in the area - Charlton Park, Maryon Wilson Park, Greenwich Park are all local.

Very close to local amenities within Charlton and Blackheath Standard. Greenwich is also close by and is a great place to go out.
