The bedroom and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped, situated at ground floor level and with step free access from the main entrance (2 security doors to access the building, controlled by fob key and intercom).

The communal areas (open space kitchen, storage, terrace) will be shared with the other tenant living in the second room. All rooms have step free access, there are no stairs in the property. No couples allowed.

The rent is £850 per month (payable at the beginning of each month) and the bills are around £150 per month. A £500 damage protection deposit required and no benefits allowed.

The closest train station is Charlton (5 mins walk), and there are regular buses to North Greenwich station (10 minutes).

The other tenant has an adorable bichon that lives at the property, in case of allergies or pet preference.
