We have been living at this property for many years now (3 of us ) and we have one small spare room available.

It is a 4 bedroom house with a cozy garden and panorama of London. Close to North Greenwich (15 min bus ride), Greenwich Park, Woolwich and Charlton Village. Also, Maryon park and Charlton park are within 5 min walk. Near Charlton Athletic Football Club.

ASDA, Sainsbury's, Lidl, M&S - ODEON, B&Q, Ikea and many more stores within 5-10 minutes of bus ride.

The house has a living room, kitchen and a bathroom (bath tube, toilet, shower cabin) and 4 bedrooms. There is one room avaliable now. It is furnished as much you can see in the pictures.

Fully furnished kitchen's got cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

We are looking for a quiet person to share a house that would not be 24/7 party spot though both guests and overnight stays and casual hangouts with other housemates are welcome.

We have a cleaner once a week which you can join to or do your own full cleaning once a month.

Smoking is not permitted in the household but there is a garden behind and space in front of the house, so please by all means go make use of it.
