3 minutes from our door: You will have all kind of type of shops around, huge supermarkets with every single thing you might need: huge asda, sainsburys, lidl, markspencer, boots, tkmaxx, primark, and home shops(many), starbucks, 2 different gyms. One of them is open 24 hours.

- Situation::

My personal belongs will be removed.

- Reason of subletting :

i have to be with my family who is facing health issues and the only time i can be away it is during this period,
i will complete part of the renting and subletting for cheap price.

- Values and conditions:

Council, water, internet i - around 70
Gas and electricity - pay as you go - Usually 30 pounds each bill per month - divided by the 2 residents = 30 min and heavy winter longer indoors can go 45 / month maximum. * its an old system in England that you charge how much you use. We end up always paying much less than normal monthly bills.

I'm willing to charge for a month and a half for 1/3 of the price.

Potentially viewings will take place on evenings from mid November
