Hi! My flatmate is moving on to an exciting new chapter in her life and so her comfy double room has become available.
Open to any and all, the main thing is that we get on!
Current flatmate is a 32 year old male NHS professional, working five days per week plus occasional part time work.
I like to keep things tidy but am not overzealous. I like to get to know my flatmates but am also respectful of others' space and boundaries. I am ideally looking for someone with the same approach to co-living!
There is plenty of storage space in the room including wardrobe and drawers, as well as communal storage.
There is a tilting desk, and also a clothing rack, being left behind by the outgoing flatmate - these can be kept or disposed of as you prefer.
There is a large flat-screen smart TV which comes with the flat. We have a gas stove which is a bonus for any cooking enthusiasts.
The area is quiet compared to many areas in London, away from main roads and with nice neighbours. The estate agents and landlord have been responsive and respectful for the three years I've been living here. There is a strong sense of community and neighbours are mostly young families.

- 15 minute bus journey to Oxleas Woods
- 15 minute walk to Charlton Station (with direct trains to London Bridge)
- 20 minute bus journey to Deptford High Street or Greenwich Cutty Sark
- 25 minutes to the O2 Arena

No bills included, all split straight down the middle. Council tax band A. In total probably about £120-£150 each pcm.
