Particularly suitable for Queen Elizabeth hospital which is a 15 minute walk through a park or a 5 min bus. Pleasant, green conservation area. Beautiful, serene parks on every corner of small lane. Good access to transport: Central London within 20 mins on overground station which is a 15 min walk/ 5 min bus. Woolwich nearby. Large new M & S, Sainsbury's, Asda, IKEA, & 10 screen Cinema all within walking distance or easy, 5 min bus ride.
Access to kitchen, living room & peacefulq, tranquil garden with bbq. Prefer non-smoking, working female or student. Inclusive, cat loving house. You will have use of the kitchen, fridge, freezer & washing machine. Rent is inclusive of utility bills, wifi & Netflix. Not suitable for home homeworkers or unemployed, sorry.
